Q: What photography/videography packages do you offer?
A: We offer three main media packages - Silver ($250+tax), Gold ($400+tax), and Platinum ($820+tax). Each includes a different combination of photos, videos, drone footage, floor plans and other services.
Q: Can I purchase services a la carte instead of a package?
A: Yes, we offer individual a la carte pricing for photos, videos , aerial imagery floor plans and more. We can tailor services to your needs.
Q: What's included in the different packages?
A: The Silver includes 20 photos, drone photos, floor plan. Gold adds more photos, a video, virtual twilight. Platinum is the most comprehensive with 40 photos, videos, 3D floor plan, etc.
Q: Are there any travel fees for your service area?
A: No, there are no additional travel fees within our local service area.
Q: How much are virtual twilight/evening images?
A: Virtual twilight images are $95+tax for a set of 4 images when purchased a la carte.
Q: Do you have different payment options?
A: Yes! We have flexible payment options like “pay at download” or “pay at close.”

Q: What types of photos/videos do you provide?
A: We offer professional real estate photography, videography services like property videos and social media videos, aerial drone photography/videography, virtual twilight/evening renderings, floor plans (2D and 3D), and more.
Q: How are photos/videos delivered?
A: All final image and video deliverables are provided to clients via a secure online gallery for easy downloading and sharing.
Q: Can you provide virtual staging or image editing?
A: Yes, in addition to photography/videography, we offer virtual staging services as well as image editing/enhancements like day-to-night/twilight renderings.
Q: What type of floor plans do you create?
A: We provide both standard 2D black and white floor plans showing room dimensions as well as more immersive 3D floor plans with virtual furniture/staging.
Q: How fast will I get my listing media?
A: Typically we can return standard photos in 24 hours (barring technical difficulties or Quality Control issues). Specialty images like virtual twilights or virtual staging may take longer. Videos are usually returned in 48 hours.
Q: Are you licensed to fly a drone?
lots are FAA Part 107 Certified, so you can be confident that you will receive both high-quality and legal drone images!
